چکیده
Metrizamide, a water-soluble iodinated contrast agent for myelography, has been widely used in the United States for more than 4 years . Although acute generalized encephalopathy with confusion has been recog nized as a complication of metrizamide myelography, aphasia, with the connotation of focality that it entails, has seldom been reported [1, 2]. We describe two patients with a transient motor aphasia c learly related to metrizamide myelography.
